I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. "We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back "

"I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading the previous 1 star review that they cancel on your reservation moments before you want to check in. This was the exact same situation as the previous reviewer - due to damage to the property there were unable to accommodate. Leaves you stranded to book something else last min. Worst thing is they message you via WhatsApp for full refund but does not communicate with Hotels.com to authorise this. You will be left with having to deal with...
