Gracias a la Hauskiping no la vi ni la conocí pero tuvo el detallazo de arreglar la cama de mis niñas colocando todos los días su muñequito de bluey que dejaba tirado . Gracias la niña y yo lo agradecemos muchísimo. A ella le gustaba llegar de los parques y ver su muñequito acostado yo esperándola . ❤️❤️"

"Clean room good location very happy "

"We booked this stay for our trip to universal, it was a great location that is close by to the parks. We were aware of the shuttle service, however we did not use it. There are a lot of dining options near by which is great. So location is wonderful. Breakfast was okay, mostly bagels, yogurt, oatmeal that kind of thing. Very limited and light breakfast, the only protein option was hard boiled eggs. It was easy and convenient for something quick. The rooms are very clean, and AC worked great. Overall I have no complaints "

"Beautiful, clean, and tidy; the staff were very friendly and competent. The rooms and the pool were superb. The only drawback—which they really ought to address—is the need for more staff at the entrance during check-in; there was only one person on duty, and I believe that having two people at the counter would help expedite the check-in and check-out processes. Thanks!!!"

"The room was clean. Staff was soooo nice only complaint is the hotel is a lot more dated than the photos indicate and the door didn’t close well on its own. Very nice for the money"

"We didn’t get breakfast, but by our choice, and yes the room was extremely comfortable, Charlie and the guy up front I’m sorry I forgot his name…was so nice and accommodating. I look forward to staying there again soon.😆♥️🌹"
