"We stayed her for a family gathering, and it exceeded all of our expectations!
Because our group was large and staying for multiple days, the spacious suites were an absolute game-changer. The rooms are incredibly bright with high ceilings and massive windows. Having a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge and dishwasher made managing snacks and meals for a big family incredibly easy. The entire property feels brand new, fresh, and exceptionally clean.

Everything was great expect for staff
Reception was unhelpful and annoyed at any request I had. Even DoorDash delivery was a process . They don’t have a designated spot for food deliveries and they need an extra verification from door dash that the food was for me.
I never had to go though that before and any other hotel.
It seemed that instead of trying to make things smoother and easier for you staff was...

"We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."
