"Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun."

The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. "The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working "

"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"

To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.
