"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"I stayed for a weekend, and the last time I stayed before this the casino and hotel was in better condition. This casino hotel is degrading, the casino itself has fewer slots and the rooms are outdated. The staff are nice and make sure you get your drinks on time. I understand Sam’s Town was bought by the Ballys Corporation, in which there is a Ballys next door, so I guess we’ll see how it goes. "Great stay! Friendly staff. Only thing, we reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and we got 2 full size beds. A little uncomfortable sharing with family. But the stay was great!"

"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm.
