"The room and hotel was clean. The staff was just okay. They seemed to be challenged if your are a guest who booked the room through a third party site. The A/C unit in the room was extremely loud. The first two times it came on, I thought it was a truck outside my window. The third time I went to the window to look and that was when I realized I it was the unit. Thank God I packed ear plugs or I would have experienced a sleepless night. "

"Bed was comfortable, but rug worn and about a foot of the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Housekeeping could have done better cleaning the bathroom."

"Wifi is a hit or miss"

"People were so loud all night. Loud banging and doors slamming. Women being loud right outside my door. Never had that happen in a hotel before. It was wild."

"The room was clean, but the “king” sized bed was at most a queen, if not a full. We had no hot water in our room the last 24 hrs, and the elevators quit working while we were on the 3rd floor. The day we were checking out, staff offered to move us to another room as compensation. I called back for a refund the same day, and was told I’d have to talk to the GM on another day. Never staying at that dump again."
