"Rooms looked to be newly remodeled, very clean. Staff was very nice, plenty of parking. No elevator but did have handicap accessible rooms on main floor. "

"They don’t have an elevator, the hotel looked nice on the surface but didn’t have quality work underneath, horrible bed ( you could see the dips in the mattress with the covers pulled up) They did have very nice staff."

"The motel was clean and nice and breakfast was good. Be aware that one side of the motel is close to a street and there was loud noise at 6 a.m. with cars racing by. "

"Hotel is very clean and rooms spacious. Nice lounge area with evening bar and outdoor patio seating with fire pit. The complimentary breakfast has more options than the standard offerings at other hotels. Room was quiet despite hotels location an industrial park. "

"Great location for a visit to downtown Saugatuck & neighboring Holland. Two story property. Choose room, if possible, on the 2nd floor so you are not bothered by the creaking ceiling from guests above you! The breakfast area is very small. There are food trays available if you have to eat in your room. The offerings are:bread, small pastries, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, scrambled eggs, a breafkast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and a coffee table in the reception are-right outside the eating area. The room is comfortable. We had two Queen size beds with plenty of pillows- which are very soft. Bring your own if you need a support pillow."

"staff at breakfast was frazzled, lost our order, re-took it, then delivered it wrong. It was ok food, not bad, not great. The place was under construction so there was that. Room was great - clean, new and comfortable."

" Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "
