"Limited hot water in shower for 2 days, had to Wait for week day- kept shifting to freezing cold every few seconds. Patricia at reception was wonderful, proactively helpful and informed, she knew exactly what to do even though maintenance were not yet available. She was swift and attentive andbcame straight to the room and fixed the problem on the weekday morning, without me having to wait for maintenance. "

"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"Great place to stay. Modern, clean, comfortable and with easy access to the city centre. Our parking space was very tight being in between pillars, luckily we had a small car. A security deposit was taken beforehand which I had to chase up to be refunded a week after our stay."

"Great communication with host in advance of our arrival. Nicely appointed apartment with all amenities. Parking difficult to find in the area during the day, although it is free. Easy walk to the Jewelry Quarter and breweries / pubs and there is an Aldi very close by; Tesco is a short drive away.
