The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. "Very basic, not the cleanest, piles of rubbish outside entrance. Ended up leaving. Asked for refund still waiting for reply off duty manager. Stains and burns on carpet. "

"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. "Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened."

"The staff were very welcoming straight from when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice, with a really nice restaurant, the Hudson attached to the hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated making it comfortable and modern. The location was brilliant with easy walking to all the bars, restaurants and shops. "Myself and a friend had a wonderful one night stay as a stopover coming back to Yorkshire from Edinburgh. Beautiful surroundings (great views from our window) with extremely comfortable beds in the room (firm but soft - which is my preference).
