"I paid $131 in a reservation when I arrived at the property the property was under construction and there was no one to check me in. I ended up having to sleep in my car. Customer service on the phone was horrid and I was denied a refund despite the fact that I never got to stay in the room that I reserved. Seems very scamming to me."
