"Parking easy. Arrival reception very welcoming. We got upgraded 2 bedroom apartment with on sweet bathrooms. Kitchen and maybe other parts of the apartment upgrade needed. Quiet and slept well. Breakfast kippers cooked dry, our table got not toast, other tables did. As WIFI did not get as far as our room, one did go downstairs to download. before going to meetings. The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. Poorly maintained inside the building with stains all over the floor. 1 x double bed and 2 x single was the description. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Hi We could’nt even access the property, they gave me access code which never worked and no key pads for the codes given. Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. I had 4 Kids with me and had travelled 2hrs to get there and noone cared.. our weekend was ruined as we had to drive back home.. also tried calling hotels.com and again poor reception and the lady i spoke to did really understand English The...
