"A nice unit in a great location right by the City Center, literally across the street from a Metro station. Everything as advertised. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? "Close to metro station, shops nearby, access to gym however only 1 pass, beach within walking distance. Clean bedding. Plenty of sockets. Ample kitchen utensils. Lockers available for luggage storage. Brochures with places to visit. Small apartment,maximym 3. Only 1 mirror in bathroom which was too high. Prefer oven instead of dishwasher. Issue with access to Netflix. View outside of old building. 4th floor. "

"Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links taking about 45 minutes by bus into central Copenhagen and 10 minutes by bus to the coast and deer park.
