"The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern. The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting. The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring. The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good."

"Nous étions de passage pour la nuit. Chambre au super décor pour 3 très grande avec de grands lits pour chacun. Une double douche, des produits bio, peignoir et chaussons. Bref le top! Buffet avec choix et machine à café thé de bar. Si nous devons repasser dans le coin nous irons. Le seul petit hic: des capteurs d’incendie trop sensible et près des douches: un client a déclenché l’alarme incendie de l’hôtel au petit matin, nous étions tous dehors au frais. Heureusement le proprio était sur...

We would like to thank the night shift front desk staff who gave us a very good room and also all the staff from the buffet, they are very courteous and when we checked we also would like to thank the staff who assisted us using the hotel storage for a few minutes after we checked out and finding us a good driver to drive us to the airport. Very nice place. Thank you."

"Very nice staff. Assistant manager helped us and gave us really great food recommendations. The hotel is two minutes away from the busstop and 10 minutes away from the train station. Very easy to get to Amsterdam. "

"We got a big, clean, well equipped room. One zone for my kids and a separated bedroom for me and my wife. Hotel located just 5 minutes from Zaandam train startion, grocery store next to door. The staff was really helpful durin check-in, ckeck-out and when we needed information about travelling to other places."

"Das Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar ist so schön. Die Hotelzimmer sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sauber und total ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind freundlich, ausgeglichen und umwerfend hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sowas von lecker und nicht teuer. Nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, gibt steile Treppen. Das Hotel kann ich wirklich empfehlen, wenn man Gemütlichkeit und Service sucht."
