Comfortable stay with nice architecture

On arrival we were greeted professionally by the owner and she introduced the room to us in a pleasant manner. The building and architecture was amazing and we loved it. The atmosphere and the ambience of the hotel was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious, the decor was cozy and comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Heidelberg.

This is a beautiful property - very large and comfortable. It’s set up as an apartment so there’s no full time front desk. You will need to let them know when you are arriving, and if you will be delayed, but they were very accommodating for us, as we were delayed in arriving. Near the old city, and the train station, but it’s a bit of a walk. Great place to stay.

The good points were the rooms were very stylish,modern, comfortable and clean, also we had welcome drinks in the room which was nice. Though we did not have the room at the side of the apartment which had the lift, the hotel people were kind enough to send someone to help us with our baggage up the stairs The bad point was that we did not have our room cleaned for 3 days. It was only during check out that we realised that we had to hang the sign which says "room is ready for service" if we wanted the room cleaned. This was not mentioned to us during check in and is very confusing as this was opposite from the norm which was to hang the sign if you do not want the room to be cleaned.

This is where you want to stay! Lovely staff, beautiful building with quirky rooms and everything you need. I was concerned when it was so hot that there wasn’t central air, but they gave us our own AC unit that worked so well we had to turn it off at Night. Great space, kitchen and wash machine were excellent. I will stay again

Very nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, so the rooms were very hot. With all the windows open to get air, the vehicle and train traffic was very loud. The walk to the city center was a bit longer than anticipated.

Kostenloses Upgrade😍

Wir wurden direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und fragten nach ob unser Zimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ( da Hitzeperiode im Juli '18 ) ausgestattet sei. Da dies nicht der Fall war bot man uns direkt ein Upgrade an. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit vielen gut durchdachten Raffinessen Versehen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte wäre es dass ein kleines und großes Messer zum schneiden von Gemüse fehlt, aber das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau. Auf jeden Fall wollen wir Heidelberg noch einmal besuchen und werden mit Vorliebe wieder hier einkehren.😍

A great unit within walking - biking distance to all the sites. The on site manager was very helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to help make our stay a pleasant one. The only negative was the hot days and the loud street. Without air conditioning we had to keep the “Quality windows and shutters “closed at night because of road noise, that worked well for that But made it very hot and uncomfortable at night. I recommend this unit but not if it’s going to be in the 90’s.
