She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. "Make sure you fill out check in infrmation (they send you an email the day before) so that you have the correct code to get in, there is no recepcion. There seems to be some parking on the street (one spot for hotel). THere is a parking garage 1 block away. Fun location in quiet town (september visit). Breakfast is fine."
