"Welcome was fine and the room and breakfast choices were good. Only question I had is why the front door remained locked after 7 AM when many people were trying to load up their luggage and found the front door locked but only the side doors could be entered into with a room key. ."

"I was greeted by Brenda, the check in was fast and seamless, the room was appropriately cool, everything was clean and neat. I had a couple of requests from the front end staff during my extended stay and they were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The breakfast selection is always on point ..."
