"The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located near the train and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We loved our stay. The best part was the staff who were so accommodating. We had an extremely difficult journey to get to Basel due to our train being canceled, and the front desk woman so graciously allowed us to check in early. It honestly made our first day in Switzerland such a dream. I will look for their hotels whenever I travel. "

"Close to train station and bus to airport. Room was very nice - large enough for 2 with medium size suitcases. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would have been nice if ramp or lift available from outside to the front desk. "
