I went to my car & got locked outside around 4:30am. I went to try to ask the guy at the front desk to re-magnetize my key card because it wasn’t working. He completely ignored my request and asked if I had dogs in my room. My response, “yes I do”. He then started that I would be charged, I responded “Oh?” & asked the cost. He told me how much...

"Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants...

"The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead. Water pressure left something to be desired. It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator. Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests."

"The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There was no noise problems. Staff at check in were polite and provided. Breakfast on Friday was good. Breakfast on Saturday was not good. The trash was overflowing. The tables were not cleaned and restocking was not done. Several items were gone completely and some that were left were cold."
