"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hammer. The hotel is located outside the town of Kriens and is accessible via a long windy road by either car or bus. If you're bringing a car, like we did, you can park for free at the hotel and use the regional bus and train system to get around the area. "They mentioned it was an A/C which is not available at the property. The fan was not working either, when I said I would like to change the room the host showed me room without fan. She said open the window if u need air, it was supper hot outside. Overall terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone."

"As a family of four we got the family room which was nice as the kids had bunk bed. Also free bus tickets to and fro to Lucerne which is only 21mins away and bus is every 7mins. The bus stop is literally 100m from the hotel."
