The staff were BEYOND amazing and worked hard to communicate and ensure your comfort. The building may be a bit older, but the individual rooms were very modern clean and felt very luxurious- especially the shower! This will be my choice again in the future!💕"

"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling into Kunming, either...
