"Das Hotel hat nur 2 Aufzüge um auf seine Etage zu kommen. Leider war bei Ankunft davon einer Defekt. Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel und es macht keinen Anschein, als würde der Aufzug demnächst repariert werden. Dieser o.g. Aufzug wurde nicht nur von Hotelgästen genutzt, sondern auch von Besuchern des Supermarktes im EG, was dazu führte., das man ewig auf den Aufzug warten musste, da dieser hoch und runter fährt aufgrund der vielen Besucher des Gebäudes .

"The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean.
Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly.
Cups weren’t cleaned, they didn’t refill drinks sachets, didn’t tidy bathroom properly. The following days tidy was up to standard, but not the Saturday.
Also, no sweet treat- like a little biscuit - for 5 star I really expected something nice….
Checking in was a bit confusing as there was a queue of 5/6 people and 5 staff- but only 1...
