"We were told by the check in staff that our room is included breakfast when we check in in the evening. Then, we went to the hotel for breakfast, we were told that our room was not including breakfast, we need to pay 20 something Euro. Then, we did not go in the hotel restaurant for breakfast.

"Had a 5 night stay at the Westin Grand. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were allocated a superior room with garden view which was a nice sized room, well appointed. The beds were comfortable. However, there was some noise from building works during the day, presumably the refurbishment of the spa. You could also clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The room was rather warm and you couldn’t control the air con, but you could open the window. Casting for the TV didn’t work properly and...
