"V difficult check-in process. Unable to load passport scan to the site and ended up checking in via a WhatsApp chat with the helpdesk. Room was nice but the fridge didn't work (which I only discovered after I returned from the shop with some milk, yogurt and juice - had to leave it out on the window ledge to keep cool). There was what looked like black mould across the ceiling. It would be useful to have some milk (even powdered) to go with the supplied tea/coffee. Not everyone drinks it...

"Welcome and instructions were fine.
Spacious, well-equipped apartment, but impersonal (all white everywhere and no real decor). Relatively clean.
Location: great location. Close to the center, the main square, tourist attractions, cafes, and restaurants.
The only negative point: the apartment we stayed in overlooks an inner courtyard and is not well soundproofed. Until midnight, we were disturbed by people returning to their accommodation. I was woken up several times.
