"We have stayed here more than a few times over the past 10 years. It’s our go-to place when we head to the Portland area. The rooms are always clean, the staff is fabulous and the restaurant serves wonderful meals! If more casual dining is needed, it’s a short walk to the shopping area with lots of choices. "

"Getting ahold of the front desk was difficult. I rang for over 10 minutes and never got an answer or call back. They didn’t have shower caps either which seem like a basic item to have on hand for guests. Cigarette butts all around the front and in the planters. "

"The staff was great front desk service was ideal. Although the pool had a little bit too much chlorine in it,we couldn't even be in there and the children didn't want to swim because it was so strong they could hardly breathe.. Other than that the stay was nice and the breakfast was very good."

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I've never seen anything like this before."
