"Room was ok tidy carpets in the hallway were a bit stained questionable, could be a bit cleaner but think that could just age the bathroom shower was terrible. "Room was not ready on time due to large convention occuring at hotel the same day, so the reception offered to hold luggage and granted lounge access while we waited. However, no one was in the lounge (employee) when we arrived and there wasn't any direction on potential restroom available or other perks available in the lounge.
