"This is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. Staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome, the room was spotless and it’s only a few minutes away from OVO Hydro which was fab. We were told we could get a free drink at the bar once we were checked in which was a lovely touch but our favourite part was that we were going to a concert that night and the hotel were playing songs by the band the whole night which was really cool."

"Woke up surrounded by bedbugs, luckily I hadn’t unpacked yet, I took photos and video and physically brought one of the bugs to the front desk in a tissue. Asked for a full refund and to leave immediately as I’m terribly allergic and wasn’t willing to take chances unpacking in another room. Full refund was denied, even though I was in need of finding an immediate last minute hotel replacement. Missed my tours for the day. Desk denied the presence of bugs OF COURSE — They then threatened to fine/sue me if I published this honest review with photographic evidence. Absolutely horrifying, ruined my trip. "
