"The shower had hair in it when we got there"

"Our room was large, clean, excellent kitchenette space. Close to a full-size refrigerator. Great bed and pillows. Power operated blinds. The entire hotel was wonderful!!! Right off the freeway so easy to get to."

"Our room was right next to the freeway and was SO loud we didn’t get any sleep the first night! We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms but weren’t able to due to the hotel being full, so they offered earplugs (which we got) and a noise machine which they brought to us!"

"This is a wonderful property. Everything was immaculate and worked well. Very comfortable bed. Room is fully loaded with kitchenette (and dishes). Nice to have a couch in the room as well. Loved it and would love to stay again."

"Upon arriving, and checked in; we went to our room and found it uncleaned from the previous guest. I reported it to the front desk and they "upgraded" our room. It would have been better to clean our room, and reduce our cost! I questioned the clerk and was told that she wasn't authorized to do that... It was no fun hauling our baggage to another room, on a different floor, after we unloaded into the first room. Overall; After the check in problem our stay was good."

"When we checked in one of the beds were dirty. We called the front desk and she moved us. The rest of the stay was good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was decent."

"My stay at Sleep Inn was good and the breakfest served was exceptionally good. However , on my last day when I was preparing to leave, there was no carts for me load my luggage and other items. I told staff they need to order more carts. That experience put a blemish on the whole trip"

"Very clean and nice Property. Plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our stay. No complimentary breakfast. Expedia showed there was. Not a big deal because we enjoy dining out."

"It was very loud and the rooms were not very clean. They had a weird smell. The staff however was phenomenal. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt unsafe as I was traveling with a toddler. What I read about the place was not what I got. I wouldn’t stay say it might be good for workers (male). I put a lot of stuff in front of my door to try to make it more secure."

"Nice room comfortable bed! Upstairs guests were noisy at 3 am but was able to get back to sleep. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast this whole trip!"

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, spacious and it had everything you may possibly need. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of hangers, ironing board.. Great for short and long stays. Great location. Everything was within 5 to 10 min drive, grocery stores, mall, restaurants or even downtown. Free coffee and hot tea at the lobby 24 hrs a day. We enjoyed the patio as well. Thank you."
