"Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. "A great home base for a cycling trip. The rooms were very clean and modern and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a convenient and secure bike storage room in the garage with local bike services nearby. The many routes as detailed by the Centrum RVV all originate at the doorstep of the hotel. I would have liked a mini fridge but the room didn't have one. The hotel name is confusing. This hotel is part of a chain called B & B Hotels but the hotel itself is not actually a Bed & Breakfast.
