"I had took from this hotel for 3 days while I was visiting this area. The Internet was extremely poor as it kept disconnecting. The front desk tried their best to accommodate me; however, it was embarrassing when I was on customer conference calls. Other than that, it was okay."

"First off, the hotel is going through new ownership, remodel and transition. The parking lot was quite awful with potholes. No breakfast was served. The pool was closed. HOWEVER, the staff was exemplary. So friendly, helpful and apologetic for the transition woes we experienced. Brendan greeted us warmly, Marlin was so very helpful as well as the young lady. We were there for two nights. The room was comfortable even though the aluminum mini blinds were damaged. There are no room darkening...

"This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean.
