"The pool was closed for planned maintenance, but they didn't tell us (it is now stated on the hotel listing, but wasn't when we booked and we were not informed of the change). Also in case you didn't see the pool is not free for hotel guests. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. ..."

"It was hot. No water provided in room. The fan given initially did not do its job. Then got one. Tight and leaking shower / bath tap. No usb port. Dated room.The only solsce, staff was polite"

"I have to check out, within 3 minutes of my check in because I didn't like the place. I check in at 5pm instead 2pm however the rooms were not ready, I was asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes. First greetings is an awful odour right from the reception to my room."
