"Staff was excellent. Location was convenient for peninsula visits. The room, however, we found lacking. There was no TV and no refrigerator. The sink was super tiny in the bathroom with a weird faucet. No floor towel for the shower or towels to dry hands."

"This was the first day of our third trip to Iceland. Of course, we booked this place mainly for the view of Kirkjufell, but it turned out to be less impressive than we had expected. Although there was a kitchen, the cooking area was extremely small, and there was only one sink. At mealtimes, all the guests gathered to prepare their meals, so my family and I ended up having instant cup noodles and snacks in our room for dinner instead. The room contained nothing more than a bed and a small desk....

"Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Liked the lounge areas for reading. Restaurant had a nightly buffet that was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Onsite parking. They have a path out to the coast and saw a lot of photographers and bird watchers enjoying the property around the hotel."
