"We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the rain shower amazing, the food (both dinner and breaks fast) was excellent, and maybe best of all, the black out shade was so top notch that we woke up and didn’t know what day it was. I have only wonderful things to say and would absolutely come stay again!"

"Super clean, bright and spacious. Excellent location next to the ocean/harbor, with ev charger plus a gas station with most affordable fast food on the penninsula. I would highly recommend especially for families. Only note would be if you are looking for more of a backpacker vibe, there is a better option nearby. This one is great on all other counts - just not as much social communal vibe."

"No WiFi despite advertising it in the description. Technically, they provide a WiFi signal, but it disconnected constantly (it was at one bar of strength) and unusable. The room itself was clean and well-organized. I did like that overall, but I strongly dislike advertising amenities that don't exist, or are provided at a bare-minimum, unusable level. A dedicated router needs to be nearby, or one in each cabin. I was in cottage #1."

"It was a lovely place! If you are looking for an Iceland experience in the summer, this quaint guesthouse is nestled in the mountains surrounded by horses and sheep. We loved that there was breakfast included. We only stayed for a night to break up our road trip and it was great. About 30 min to the glacier park and an hour to Stykkishólmur. "Prices in Iceland are high. This was comparable. Nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the kitchenette. Plates and settings. Microwave and refrigerator. Pictures did not represent the room. Nicer! Restaurant was very good! Family enjoyed the food- prices again are high in Iceland but well thought out ingredients and taste. Comparable pricing. Big drink selection. Caution. No elevator. 3 flights of stairs."
