"Love S hotels will always return"

"Our stay at the hotel was great!"

"excellent breakfast"

"Good food, staff were friendly. Had a quiet, comfortable stay. Very good location for easy access to many places."

"There was no porters to help with luggage. Change room twice, first one I was unable to climb the stairs, second one did not like the area, too lonely to walk alone to room at night. The beds was old looking, mattress was very flat .I was moved once again to room 2,room was clean, again mattress too flat, the furniture and the way the bed was made reminds me of an old country house. The fridge freeze everything you put in it, the cabinet around it cannot close. The toilet had dirty red ring at...

"If you can get up for the breakfast, it’s worth it. Staff was nice and picked mangos for us on our first stay. It’s my go to place in Kingston"

The food was great and the we had a lovely server who made our mornings very pleasant. The hotel was under construction so there was a lot of areas under...

I was disappointed that an additional fee was charged for late checkout. Better service, more timely breakfast, and greater flexibility with checkout would...
