"Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned ..."

"Hotel staff and amenities excellent but rooms not suitable for the summer weather we are experiencing at the moment as there is no air conditioning the the rooms which makes it impossible to have a decent sleep. should be ok during the winter months"
