"Cut the stay short. Outside the facility were two soliciting prostitutes, people smoking marijuana, and a broken down car with a flat tire. The staff was very friendly but that did not make us feel safe. The rooms were clean but VERY basic (towels but no soap)."

"Bathroom door latch sticking badly and toilet paper holder kept falling off of wall. Reported these to the front desk on day 1. Departed after day 3 and still not fixed. Wireless service was sketchy at best. I was actually able to use it for about 1 1/2 days. We won’t be staying at Sleep Inn & Suites again in the future."

A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...

"The location was convenient, just off I-85, which made it a good stop for our long drive home. We did not have high expectations since we were only planning to stay one night, get some rest, and continue the remaining six hours of our trip. However, if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the best hotel for you. The traffic noise was quite noticeable throughout the night. Our children (ages 8 and 9) had difficulty falling asleep and were awake past midnight. We also heard several sirens and...

"The elevator made an awful noise, the furniture in our room was held together with duct tape, the suitcase stand was missing. We had requested a handicap room. The only thing handicap was the high sink and the handicap buzzer outside the door. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the staff was helpful and nice."
