"Rooms: Rooms were clean. The bathroom vent needs attention though! it was not working while we were there, so there was no where for the moisture to escape.
Staff: all staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast: it was good. Not sure you need the brown stuff? I felt like every morning, not many people were eating it. I feel like that time and money, could be spent on something else? Maybe a waffle maker? The fruit options you have is awesome, so pairing that with a fresh waffle would be fantastic. get rid of the brown stuff that is to the right of the pancakes.
Outdoors - we loved the area in general - it was clean and there was plenty of areas to sit outside. We loved the gas fire place that is under the canopy near the pool. Though the gas BBQ pits were in terrible condition. The burners were rusted out, so flames aren't manageable and the thermometers were broken too. Just get rid of them instead of letting them sit there.
Pool: very small compared to other hotels so it was a little cramped when there are older folks that want to relax, then you have young kids that want to splash and play. "
