"Nadruk ligt op de wellness. Aan het hotel is nog wat werk. De kamer is niet mooi afgewerkt en tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hebben we geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Wij zijn dit na de eerst nacht gaan melden aangezien de fles zeep op was in de douche. Er werd ons uitgelegd dat de kamers pas om de dag werden schoongemaakt. Voor ons geen probleem, maar toen we terug op onze kamer kwamen zagen we dat enkel de zeep was vervangen. Het ontbijt was de eerste...

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"This is an absolute GEM. We loved every part of the stay. The unique house type for a family is a very interesting design concept but was very efficient. It wasn’t the biggest room for the 3 men, but we made the most of it by sharing the space peacefully. Everything was about saving the earth which I also love taking part in.
