The room was fine but did not have the following amenities that would have made my rating a 5 star., no body lotion, no conditioner and no mini fridge. No wash cloth in the rooms but were available in the spa/pool area."

However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. "The hotel was incredible. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the temperature outside was over 30 degrees Celsius. Our room that we were given had no air conditioning and was very hot. When I asked if we could switch to a room with air conditioning they switched us right away. The hotel is located just outside the gate to the old town and an easy walk to everything.
