"Unfortunately I believed the good reviews on this hotel when I booked. Will not be staying here again. Rooms are old, dirty and worn. Bathroom smelled like sewage, dirty towels. Strange smell in room. Mosquitoes everywhere, my daughter got bit multiple times in the hotel cafe. AC not working in hallways, elevators and lobby bathroom. Sketchy people outside, even heard a day employee tell the night employee to lock the front doors and "stay safe" staff were nice, but not enough to make up for...

"We stay at the Ayres hotels when we visit southern CA. Loved the fall colors decor. The breakfast is usually the highlight. We traveled with 2 kids and they look forward to the waffle maker. This hotel did not have a waffle maker. Apart from that, our stay was pleasant. We took a LYFT to & from Knott’s and Disneyland. Super close to both amusement parks. The front staff were super friendly."

"Expedia has this listed with amazing reviews and I can’t disagree more. The property is poorly maintained. There is a strong marijuana odor in the halls mixed with mildew and urine.
The floors and walls throughout are filthy with chipped paint and stains smeared everywhere. We checked in on Thursday night and there was a dried spill by the front desk counter. Friday afternoon we went to ask for more towels and the spill was still there. Floor was even filthier by the time we checked out on...

"We had a two-night stay with our two kids at this hotel. The location was convenient, and parking and breakfast were included. However, the property felt outdated, from the elevator to the worn furniture. The air conditioning was loud and directly blew onto our desk, and the bathtub faucet leaked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. The breakfast was minimal. At check-in, the front desk felt cold and unhelpful. On checkout morning, the toilet wouldn’t flush....
