"Staff, particularly, Tobias and Pebbles, were very helpful in helping us connect our new E-Sims. Location is excellent - very near transit and large grocery store. Written instructions in suite for using safe, stove, and microwave would have been very helpful. Also, we noticed "dust bunnies" on the floor - evidence that the room had not been vacuumed in awhile. This was reinforced by the dirtiness of the soles of new white socks that had only been worn less than a day."

"Struttura molto bella e particolare, distante 10 min a piedi dalla metro. Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile. Unico appunto sul bagno veramente minuscolo e sul fatto che in tre giorni la camera non è mai stata pulita, senza cambio delle asciugamano."

"Shower is odd. Great pressure and heat from the handheld nozzle but poor pressure and not as hot from the rain shower head. Also ……Apparently no one could get coffee maker in the room to work. Restaurant very good. "

"The room was clean and modern and the hotel is located near Central Station. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommend. The canal boat ride booked through the hotel was great and Captain Tony was extremely knowledgeable."

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"Few thing felt not quite right. One waitress at breakfast was quite impolite, nevertheless the rest of the staff was great. Room was nice but a number of things needed attention, such as the WiFi not working or the bathtub half blocked. Things got eventually solved, but with a bit too many reception calls than you would have liked on holiday. Generally though, it was good."

"Room: spacious for Europe Standard Bed: too soft and loose its firmness, especially on the side since many people have sat on it. So, I got back pain due to the loose of its firmness. Staff: courteous and nice Breakfast buffet: good with varieties Parking: spacious and it costs about 17.50€/day Location: walk about 8 minutes to the nearest central train station to go to Amsterdam Central. Best way to buy the ticket: go straight to the information office to buy ticket = faster than figure...
