"upon arriving checking in the front desk told me 'Oh we can't find your key" that should have been my 1st clue. "Overall stay was amazing. However: Toothbrush were not available when you need it. (Perhaps they forgot to replenish) Need to ask for it. No available indoor disposable slipper ( thought it was a standard for a hotel for have those. Or maybe not? Or maybe i was used whenever i checked-in into a hotel? Didn’t see any menu? Maybe need to ask? Saw a broken glass in the bathroom, lucky didn’t step on it. But the villa was amazing. We enjoyed the pool much. We had fun. 👍👍"
