"the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests."

"Unfortunately the cleanness of the rooms towels were disappoinment. Even thought this hotel were just recently opened. We expect the staff and service would be great however they were not so friendly or problem solvers."
