"Udefra var hotellet et ganske almindeligt Waldgasthaus, men man fik et chok, lige når man trådte ind på hotellet. Det lignede en indretningsarkitekts mareridt, men da det første chok havde lagt sig, var hotellet et dejligt sted. Værelset var stort og vedligeholdt - når man så bort fra de rædselsfulde vægge. "When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

"Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"
