"Location was perfect for events and the shops nearby were excellent. The lack of coffee available anywhere in lobby was inexcusable. The coffee in my room was not replaced for second day. I also had trouble understanding how to use the shower valves I appreciate the automated lighting when I got up at night . I thought the snacks in lobby too limited for no morning breakfast. I thought having more information available in print for morning breakfast available within walking distance would have...

"We were charged extra for hotel services - required. Our room was not cleaned, the comforter was ripped, and hairs from prior occupancy were in the drawers. We went to the pool and there was a dog in the pool when the rules stated no dogs allowed. People smoked by the fire pit. We did not see a sign for smoking. Maintenance in general was needed. We are so disappointed and it was not cheap. We stayed there for a bit of our honeymoon 28 years ago so the disappointment was even greater."
