"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Lovely welcoming hotel in the middle od Malvern. Dog friendly, prices very reasonable, food ok but not fantastic, fabulous views and next to the Abbey.
Good value for money."
"Lovely stay for my girlfriend's birthday, only issue we had was the heat of the room and being unable to keep it cool, otherwise very happy with our stay."
"A one night stay plus breakfast. Good. No issues.
Not that it was an issue for my stay but for future reference to consider permitting dogs. Maybe allocate some rooms for o/night stay with dogs.
Wonderful countryside location. You advertise walks. Missing out on a key £ market!"
"As I am not happy on the phone found having to book for parking very difficult had to phone direct to the parking company
As the reception would not except cash"
"On arrival was hit by the very pleasant aroma in the reception area. It would be nice if the hallways & rooms smelt like this.
Breakfast very good . Bar prices very expensive. Over £20 for a beer & large glass of wine.
I understand why others were popping to nearby shop ."
"Out of town location. Property needs a makeover. Carpets overdue for clean or replacement. Room otherwise clean but not serviced daily. Reception staff polite and helpful but don't present a confidence in their product. Overall impression was shabby. Breakfast by 830am was limted to remains of much earlier cooked food. Had to bring attention to staff the mould on bread for toast."
"One of times I booked the mirror and surfaces was dirty like the cleaner was dirty. Also me and my partner got banned without a reason and when we booked following time they refused to provide service or provide explanation. Strange people"
"Everything about this hotel is amazing
Parking right next door
Very friendly and helpful staff
Great continental breakfast
Fantastic rooms with everything in"
