"Beautiful, well-appointed suites. Everything was spotless. Traveled with 3 children and it was comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was good and the area was well kept and supplied. Friendly staff."

"Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

"There were small roaches in the sink. It was too late look for another hotel since we were only there for a few hours prior to leaving for a cruise the next day. The room they moved us to toilet flush system was horrible too."

"Great Customer Service at the front desk Due to hairs in the tub and on my sheets, 3 stars were deserved.The room service has to double check for that. Its unacceptable to enter a room and find someone's hair where you will shower and where you lay your head. There was no hot breakfast as advertised, but for the rate I was not disappointed. But I had a good night's sleep and that was the main reason for my stay. I will still return."

"The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

"Check in was easy and the employees were kind. There was an issue with the first room I received, but it was addressed promptly. The room was clean and it was quiet considering there were large humidifiers running 24/7 in the hallways. The building needs some repairs and I was disappointed with the hot water temperature; it was lukewarm with the notch turned to the highest heating setting. The breakfast was muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, waffles, and Juice/coffee."

"Everyone was very nice at the hotel but in particular the sweet lady at the continental breakfast was super super nice, just went Farr and beyond her duties, my wife and I were very impressed by her, definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"
