"The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of dirt and grime on the tiles. Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The floors clearly need a thorough cleaning. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
But apart from this the property is very nice."

"Chris was excellent he was always very helpful!
One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing.
But other than that everything else was good...

"Checked out a day early. Requested extra towels and pillows at 8 PM, they arrived at 10:30 PM with loud knocking that woke our kids, and one "towel" was a floor mat. Breakfast at 9 AM was nearly empty with rotten bananas as the only fruit; the front desk told me to toss them and come earlier. One of the worst hotel stays we've had."

"The desk personnel were absolutely fantastic, friendly helpful, knowledgable about the area and the particular event we were attending (Sons Graduation from AirForce BMT) Our reservations was curtailed and the staff were a great help in getting the dates changed and ensuring no issues arose. The night Security person (Rose?) was the friendliest id ever encountered. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. Recommendations for the area and general conversation. We felt comfortable and...
