"Hotel was great. Staff was incredible from the moment we arrived until our checkout! On arrival there was only 1 elevator operating which made for a 15 minute wait to get to our room. This was fixed by the next day and we never had another issue. Bartender was very friendly and remembered us over our stay. I definitely recommend staying here. Especially if you are here for convention or Astros game. "

"Location is very convenient. Parking is $55 which is too much but good thing is right across you can park overnight for $22. Breakfast was excellent but the hotel overall is old. Does not give a hotel vibe. Furnitures old. Rooms not clean. Our room did not have a trash can in the bathroom. Staff was great but won’t stay here again as you can fine better hotels to stay in the area for the same price. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were outstanding and we always love the lazy river and bar! Only small complaint is the elevators are loud maybe just because they are old! Otherwise fantastic hotel and will definitely be back! "

"The hotel is under construction so it made our stay bad. Lobby is completely gutted and workers in and out building stuff and loud . They were also outside our room hall doing work . The restaurant closed except for breakfast made it inconvenient to have to leave and find place to eat . The terrace was closed for remodeling . The staff was great and shuttle driver was great ."
