"Fantastic hotel, beautiful resort- like, high end aesthetic, with great service staff. J from concierge helped us get a rental vehicle for the last 2 days of our stay, and helped arrange for the rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - he made it really easy for us! "This was our third time staying at this hotel. Each past visit was enjoyable. However, this time our room was not cleaned for some reason. We asked the front desk and was told somehow our room was not scheduled for cleaning and they dont always clean the room during stay. This is extremely weird because we always had our room cleaned in the past without asking. Even if the room is not always cleaned, who decides whether it gets cleaned or not? "This property is beautiful and immaculate, living up to its description. Our host, TJ, was welcoming, thoughtful, and a trove of helpful tips for getting around and seeing LA. He makes this place truly sparkle compared with a regular hotel, beginning with an awesome breakfast. Highly recommended!"
