"We had a corner room and loved the space it provided. I would have given 5 stars but some of the light fixtures did not work and the front desk girl was borderline rude. But the front desk girl when we checked out was outstanding. So I guess customer service really depends on who you get. The breakfast buffet was good. Not outstanding. Parking per day is expensive and in a separate building structure. Not far but not connected."

"The water in the shower barely got hot even with the temp handle turned all the way to hot. I also felt like it was weird not being taken care of by a front desk person. The virtual format was taking forever to process the people in front of me and I felt like it would have been easier and nicer to deal with an actual person "

"Room was clean and it was an easy check in. The hotel is super close to stadium and other venues and wonderful restaurants. I wish the hotel room had more light. My room had a monkey holding a light bulb that didn’t work otherwise everything was clean and as expected."

"The room stink real bad when I arrived inside bathroom smelled like cigarettes. I had staff in my room too my lighter. I was staying there during core festival, I would choose a better hotel and catch an uber next time."

"The service here is terrible!! The valet was never there when I pulled up. I waited over 10 mins each time. They seem to care more about people eating at the rooftop restaurant more than they do their actual guests. At check in, no one asked me to help with my bags. I also paid for late check out, 50 additional dollars to check out at 3:00 pm, which love that they have that option. However, the next day I got stuck in the elevator because my key stopped working. "I only stayed one night passing through the area and it was fine for that. Close to lots of good food and coffee shops. The room was large and clean. However, in my room, there were no accessible outlets on or near the nightstands, so phone and watch charging had to happen across the room; and the night stand lamps only worked by a light switch near the door — so no way to turn them on and off from in bed. Also, each individual device needed its own WiFi sign in. Why? Little things for one night...
