"Room 207: the queen beds were horrible. The one closest to the bathroom is extrememly SAGGY. I could not sleep on that mattress. I had to sleep on the sofa for a firmer mattress. I THINK YOU SHOULD GET RID OF THE MATTRESS, AND ANY OTHER LIKE IT. THE MATTRESS WAS LUMPY AND UNEVEN AND WAY TO SOFT."

"The entrance and parking area is extremely small. The area is sketchy and the people around the area are also sketchy. I saw the BIGGEST cockroach there in my entire life; outside the room (not inside). The shower was hot which is why this motel earned a 1 star. The second star goes to check-in being extremely easy. "

"They were informed by the electric company that they would be shutting the power off to the whole building from 10pm-8am. We would never had reserves with them if we knew this was going to happen. They also put us on the 4th floor knowing full well that the elevators were not going to work which result in us having to carry all our luggage down the stairs! It was a warm night and thank God we could open the window and get air because the AC wasn’t working of course since the power was out. ...

"I only stayed one night passing through the area and it was fine for that. Close to lots of good food and coffee shops. The room was large and clean. However, in my room, there were no accessible outlets on or near the nightstands, so phone and watch charging had to happen across the room; and the night stand lamps only worked by a light switch near the door — so no way to turn them on and off from in bed. Also, each individual device needed its own WiFi sign in. Why? Little things for one night...

Remarkably friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Nice restaurant offerings and great breakfast and happy hour offerings for champion level guests."
