"The pool and hot tub were closed, the only reasons we booked at this hotel. Our room was filthy, and the front desk worker was less than friendly. We had stayed her several times in the past, but it is no longer maintained like it used to be. It was a throughly dispointing stay."

"We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. "The toilet was placed in front of the bathroom counter, which is unsanitary. Also, bar soap in public bathrooms, like the restaurant, is unsanitary. Parking was a hassle, especially after 9 PM on Saturday. People were parked on the lower ramp, blocking the ends, so many others and I had to back down to the entrance.
